Our clients incur no fixed payroll or PAYE costs, as well as no fringe benefit expenses. Clients are not responsible for providing office space or equipment. This is contained in Langham Virtual Assistant’s package/rate.

Over 18 years’ experience within the hospitality industry specialising in Reception, Reservations and Revenue Management.
I believe that I am a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a mature outlook on my working life. I have good communication skills, both written and verbal and believe that I have built up my interpersonal skills to an excellent standard.
I am extremely organised and have excellent IT skills providing IT support to users. I am a hardworking team player, with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm, especially towards my professional development. I can be assertive when I need to be and have a positive attitude towards change.

Questions And Answers
We work Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm generally. We do not work bank holidays.
Projects are invoiced for the entire project based on the booking confirmation.
Tasks are invoiced based on the hours taken to complete.
Invoices are detailed and include timeslips.
For hourly charged services, we charge based on 15-minute increments, with a minimum of 1 hours work.
All our invoices can be paid by either BACS, or online using a credit or debit card. Links for card payments can be found on the invoice.
Yes. We offer retainer packages for ongoing clients. You pay a monthly fee based on the hours you need. Hours can be transferred to the following month if not used (max of 5 hours).
We use Microsoft OneDrive to store all our data. No client data is kept on local machines to prevent any loss should a machine been lost or stolen.
As we use cloud-based data storage, our files are always backed up.
We do not store any client passwords or user account information on our local machines. We use LastPass to tokenise and encrypt the username and password data. LastPass also allows you to revoke user accounts at ant time.
